BizActions Gold Certified Partner Program

Partner Program Objectives
- Create an integration path between Partners that have products or services utilized by accounting firms, BizActions Sponsors (clients), and the clients and prospects of those Sponsors based on:
- An education strategy developed through the distribution of custom articles within the Sponsors email newsletters.
- These custom articles will promote the benefit of the Partners products and services, while providing the Sponsor with an enhanced image of expertise and value to the client.
- Interest will be monitored through email newsletter click activity.
- Generate warm leads for Partners through BizActions Sponsors, while protecting the Sponsor's confidential clientele.
- Increase usage of Partner products and services with Sponsors clients and prospects.
- Generate interest in the BizActions platform through the activities of the Partners.
Partner Program Operation
- After acceptance into the program, Partners provide no less than five articles and two banners for inclusion in BizActions library of available content for Sponsor use in their email newsletters.
- Upon request BizActions will have our Public Relations firm contract the creation of the articles at $500 per article with a minimum of five required. Articles contain a title, short summary and the full article content and may include graphics or images.
- Upon request BizActions Art Department will create banners relevant to the product or service with input from the Partner for $300 per banner.
- BizActions promotes the articles and banners to all Sponsors from within the BizActions platform's Sponsor Center. The Sponsor Center will allow access to all articles and banners by any BizActions Sponsor.
- Any Sponsor can use the articles as custom content.
- Each article used is automatically coded to create a masked alert that goes to the Partner whenever the article summary is clicked on by a Sponsor's client or prospect for the purpose of reading the full article content.
- BizActions builds a consolidated click-through report for each Partner.
- BizActions builds a Sponsor usage report for each Partner.
- The Partner now has a track record of prospect interest based on click activity:
- This helps the Partner determine the effectiveness of article inventory.
- Provides an audit trail that enables the Partner to contact the Point Of Contact at the Sponsor firm.
- BizActions will build a Vendor Center in its platform for promotion of the Gold Certified Partner Program to BizActions Sponsors
- Vendor Center is accessible to all Sponsors through:
- The Sponsor Center.
- BizActions Main Web site.
- Listing in the Announcement Section.
- Vendor Center profiles the Partner and their products/services.
- Provides contact information for the Partner.
- BizActions promotes the Vendor Center through emails to Sponsors and a listing on the sign-in page for Sponsors.
- Partner responsibilities include:
- Must promote BizActions Gold Certified Partner Program on its Web site.
- Must promote the program within its product or service.
- Must provide training to its sales staff on the purpose and value of the program.
- Must promote the BizActions Gold Certified Partner emblem in advertising, emails and trade shows.
